Summary:
Officers of the Juneau Police Department and Southeast Alaska Cities Against Drugs (SEACAD) along with FBI and Postal agents intercepted and then did a controlled delivery of heroin at about 1:00pm yesterday afternoon. The package was delivered to the 200 block of S. Franklin Street.

61 year old Stephen Dabney of Juneau was subsequently arrested for Misconduct Involving Drugs in the 2nd degree, a class A felony. A class A felony is punishable by incarceration of up to twenty (20) years and a fine of $250,000.
