Summary:

On 04-04-2012 at 10:30 PM, a Juneau Police officer contacted an intoxicated person near a city bus stop on Willoughby Avenue. A check of the man’s criminal history revealed he was out of compliance with the Alaska Department of Public Safety Sex Offender Registry (SOR). The subject, 48 year-old local resident Charles Frank FAWCETT Jr., was arrested and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center on one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in the First Degree, a class C felony. He was held without bail.
