| Subject: Burglary | Date: 05-19-2012 12:12:27 | | From: Sergeant Chris Burke | Case or Incident: #120518-013 | Summary:On 05/18/2012, about 2101 hours, the Juneau Police Department received a silent burglary alarm from the Church of the Nazarene at 3220 Mendenhall Loop Road.
Officers responded to the church and located one of the out buildings, to the right of the main church, had a broken window on the front door. Officers investigated and located a 29-year-old non-local male identified as Duke RAMSDELL in the building. RAMSDELL had vandalized the interior of the building causing approximately $250.00 worth of damage.
Subsequently, RAMSDELL was arrested and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. He was held on no bail for one count of Burglary in the Second Degree a class C Felony and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree a Class A Misdemeanor.
Alcohol was a factor and the Investigation continues.
