Summary:On June 7, 2012 at approximately 9:16 am the Juneau Police Department received a report of a single vehicle crash on Egan Drive near Fred Meyers. Officers responded and investigated. It was determined the vehicle was driving Northbound on Egan Drive in the fast lane when it crossed through the median and into the oncoming lane of travel. The vehicle swerved back toward it's proper lane of travel and hit the median causing it to rollover.

The 20 year driver of the 2004 Dodge Ram pick-up , Thomas MARVELLE DOB 11/08/1991, and his 6 year old passenger were transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital by ambulance for treatment of non life threatening injuries. The driver was cited for Negligent driving. The 2004 Dodge was totaled and impounded. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
