Summary:

On 01-25-2013 at 9:42 PM, an employee of the Johnson Youth Center juvenile detention facility reported two subjects had broken out of the facility. At 12:00 AM on 01-26-2013, a caller in the area of Blackerby Street reported hearing voices outside of her home. JPD responded and located the tracks of two people, moving in the direction of Lemon Creek. The two men, 18 year-old Alexander NETLING and 18 year-old Amante FRAZIER-REESE, were both taken into custody at that time.

Further investigation revealed the two men caused damage to the Johnson Youth Center building during their escape.
