Q. My neighbors have a lot of people living in their home and as we counted tonight there are 11 vehicles(several that don't run). They have too many for their driveway and have started lining the cul de sac blocking our mailbox and today our garbage can. Is there some sort of ordinance that limits the number of vehicles a home can have?

Dear Juneau Resident,

There are limits on using property that doesn't belong to you to store vehicles. There may be parking issues that community service officers can address and issues that fall under community development. The enforcement options are very case specific. You should call JPD and speak with a community service officer and ask that person to go look at the area. You can also call CBJ community development and make the same request.
