Q. What is the criteria for appearing on the warrent list posted on the JPD website? Many people in the police blotter, including Miller, were never on this warrent list. It would be nice if the public could view a list of ALL persons with an active warrent.

JPD shows only the new warrants since we decided it might water down people's attention to see the same warrants for years. Some people have left town and the warrants are not extradictable.
Now, to see a more complete list you can follow the links on the JPD website to the Alaska State Trooper (AST) website. Check out Detachment A for the Southeast stuff. This list won't cover the city warrants but state warrants, including all felony warrants, will be on the AST list.
