Q. What is a report of VCOR?

Dear Juneau Resident,

VCOR stands for 'Violating Conditions of Release'. Conditions of Release are usually what the judge sets when someone appears in court and released pending trial. The usual conditions are to obey all laws, make court appearences, keep in touch with attorney, and frequently people are required to not enter bars or consume alcohol(NEOC). The NEOC condition often follows an arrest where the person was drinking at the time of the alleged crime.
