Q. With the work zone signs out and reduced speed limit signs by the intersection by Freds, the discussion has been as to whether this means only when workers are present or at all times.................my money is on at all times, thanks

Dear Juneau Resident,

You just won a bet with yourself! Of course, the primary purpose of having a reduced speed limit is to protect workers. However, the road is still narrowed and there are more obstacles with the construction underway. It's important for drivers to slow down to protect themselves and other people on the road.
