Q. A person I know has moved to _______ and openly invites everyone on their contact list (via facebook) to "bath salt" parties. The event includes the address and time of these parties. Could I report it to the ________ police and get these people the help they need? Or is it not illegal there yet? Please hide the state from public viewing, I don't want this to be traced back to me.

Dear Juneau Resident,

Bath salts are illegal in the state you mentioned. You should report this to local authorities. Just the invitation is not enough for an arrest but they might be able to send an informant to the party and get some evidence. Bath salts are extremely dangerous leading to cases like a daytime public rape in Anchorage and a 19 year old shooting at an officer in Montana. It really is the scariest thing to come on the market in a long time.
